Manage clients, leads, and project status via the Notion-backed client tracker.
Client Tracker
The Client Tracker page displays data from your Notion Leads and Clients databases. It provides a unified view of your pipeline from prospect to active client.
Leads View
Displays leads from your Notion Leads database with:
- Business name, category, and area
- Contact email and phone
- Lead score (HOT/WARM/COLD)
- Current status (New, Contacted, Responded, Meeting, Proposal, Won, Lost)
Leads are created automatically by the prospect pipeline or manually in Notion.
Clients View
Displays active clients from your Notion Clients database with:
- Business name and tier (Starter/Growth/Premium)
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Project status (Onboarding, Active, Retainer, Paused, Completed)
- Domain and launch date
Requirements
This page requires the Notion integration with both databases configured:
NOTION_API_KEY— your Notion integration secretNOTION_LEADS_DB— your Leads database IDNOTION_CLIENTS_DB— your Clients database ID
Without Notion configured, the page shows a "Not configured" message with setup instructions.
Data Flow
The Client Tracker is read-only from the dashboard — data is managed in Notion. Pipelines write to Notion (the prospect pipeline creates lead entries), and the dashboard reads from it.
