Your data stays on your server. We have zero access.

GridWork HQ is a self-hosted application. When you purchase and install it, all data is stored in a SQLite database on your own infrastructure. Client records, pipeline outputs, financial data, and knowledge vault contents never leave your server.

We do not include telemetry, analytics, or any phone-home functionality in the product. Your GridWork HQ installation does not communicate with our servers in any way.

We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous usage statistics on this marketing website. This helps us understand how visitors find and use gridwork.dev.

We do not use cookies beyond those essential for site functionality. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies for session tracking. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are present.

When you purchase GridWork HQ, your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. We receive your email address and order details for delivery and support purposes. We do not store your payment card details.

If you join our Discord community or contact us via email, we retain those communications to provide support.

The GridWork HQ product connects to third-party APIs (Claude by Anthropic, Notion, Stripe, GitHub) using API keys that you provide during setup. These connections are made directly from your server to those services. We are not an intermediary and have no access to your API keys or the data exchanged.
