Use this pipeline for post-launch SEO work, retainer clients wanting a refresh, or clients who want SEO added after their initial build. For new builds, SEO is handled inside the build plan.
How It Works
Pass 1 — Technical Audit (Sonnet)
- Fetches the live site and analyzes current SEO state
- Uses Ahrefs keyword data if provided (keyword difficulty, search volume, rankings, competitor gap)
- Researches current local SEO ranking factors via Perplexity
- Compares meta tags against keyword targets
- Checks for missing or broken schema markup
- Audits Google Business Profile (if exists)
- Analyzes internal linking gaps
Pass 2 — Recommendations (Opus)
- Prioritizes recommendations by business impact and urgency
- Generates optimized meta tags, schema fixes, and implementation tasks
- Presents findings to you for review
Data Priority
Ahrefs data always takes priority over Brave Search estimates. When both are available, Ahrefs numbers are used for accuracy and Brave Search for discovering additional long-tail opportunities.
